IP Telephony

The Lands & Survey & Computer Services Department invite suitably qualified vendors to pre-qualify for the supply of an IP Telephony solution and ongoing support to the Cayman Islands Government.

Prospective applicants should be an authorised supplier of equipment from an established telephony hardware vendor.

The Request for Information may be collected from reception at the Lands & Survey Department, Britcay House, Eastern Avenue, Grand Cayman between 8.30am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Acknowledgement of receipt will be requested.

Responses must be received by the Central Tenders Committee no later than 12.30pm, Friday 16 April 2010. Late submissions will not be considered.

Stated evaluation criteria will be used to assess applications to determine if they meet the pre-qualification requirements.

CIG is under no obligation to accept any application. It shall not be bound to give any reason for not pre-qualifying an applicant and will not defray any costs incurred in the preparation of applications.
