Procurement of Vehicles on behalf of the Cayman Islands Government
The Ministry of Planning, Lands, Agriculture, Housing and Infrastructure invites suitably qualified vendors to bid for the supply of twelve (12) vehicles as well as after sale support.
|A||Cargo vans with shelving, minimum four shelves, single cab, 4x2, automatic transmission.||3|
|B||One ton truck with 4x4, diesel, crew cab, automatic transmission||1|
|C||Transit type vehicle fitted with cage with eight (8) compartment and storage capability to transport dogs. 2 liter engine with automatic transmission||1|
|D||Cargo vans to transport mail single cab, 4x2, automatic transmission||2|
|E||Small Sedan Cars||3|
|F||One ton truck with 4x4, gas, crew cab, automatic transmission||2|
|The vender must be able to provide a bumper to bumper warranty for the vehicles which should be at least four (4) years. The Successful Tenderer or Tenderers should include a maintenance proposal option priced with labour and commitment on parts for four years|
Prospective applicants should be an authorized supplier of vehicles and equipment from an established manufacture or distributor. Tenders shall be delivered for the attention to the Secretary, Central Tenders Committee, no later than 12:00pm by the February 14, 2014 in a sealed envelope marked Tender CTC/ 13-14/PLAHI/014 - Tender Document for Agriculture, Post Office, PWD, Labour and Planning. Late Submission will not be considered.
Tender documents may be obtained from the Department of Vehicle and Equipment Services, 386 North Sound Road, George Town, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, between the hours 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. Monday through Friday from the February 3, 2014. These documents are also available on the Government website: www.centraltenders.gov.ky
Stated evaluations criteria will be used to access applications to determine if they meet the qualification requirements.
